Services Packages Offered

The following packages are services offered by Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel. Itemized price lists are available for each package offered upon your request.
TRADITIONAL FUNERAL SERVICE -
Services can be held at our funeral home or at your church. This service includes basic services of the funeral director and staff, traditional service, embalming and preparation, additional preparation of the deceased, chapel facilities, two days of visitation, basic memorial supplies, use of removal vehicle from place of death, clergy transportation, pallbearers transportation, hearse, family transportation, flower delivery vehicle.
The selection of the Casket, Outer Burial Container or Burial Vault and Cash Advance items are not included.
TRADITIONAL GRAVESIDE SERVICE -
Services that will be held at the cemetery. This service includes basic services of the funeral director and staff, graveside service, embalming and preparation, additional preparation of the deceased, one day of visitation, basic memorial supplies, use of removal vehicle from place of death, clergy transportation, pallbearers transportation, hearse, family transportation, flower delivery vehicle.
The selection of the Casket, Outer Burial Container or Burial Vault and Cash Advance items are not included.
TRADITIONAL FUNERAL SERVICE WITH CREMATION FOLLOWING THE SERVICE -
Services can be held at our funeral home or at your church. This service includes basic services of the funeral director and staff, traditional funeral service, embalming and preparation, additional preparation of the deceased, cremation fee, chapel facilities, one day of visitation, basic memorial supplies, use of removal vehicle from place of death, flower delivery vehicle.
The selection of the Cremation Casket, Urn, Urn Vault and Cash Advance items are not included.
BASIC CREMATION WITH NO SERVICE -
This service includes the basic services of the funeral director and staff, professional care and refrigeration (when embalming is not selected), cremation fee, minimum cremation container.
The selection of the Urn, Urn Vault, Cremation Casket, Viewing Container and Cash Advance items are not included.
BASIC CREMATION WITH MEMORIAL SERVICE -
Services can be held at our funeral home or at your church. This service includes basic service of the funeral director and staff, memorial service, professional care and refrigeration, cremation fee, chapel facilities, basic memorial supplies, use of removal vehicle from place of death, and the flower delivery vehicle.
The selection of the Urn, Urn Vault,Cremation Casket, Viewing Container and Cash Advance items are not included.
BASIC MEMORIAL SERVICE -
Services can be held at our funeral home or at your church. This service includes the memorial service, chapel facilities, flower delivery vehicle, and the basic memorial supplies.
The selection of the Urn, Urn Vault, Cremation Casket, Viewing Container and Cash Advance items are not included.
IMMEDIATE BURIAL, DONATION TO SCIENCE, RECEIVING DECEASED FROM ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME AND FORWARDING DECEASED TO ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME are also available, please call for further information.
